Kevin is a consultant and multi-state licensed CPA (FL, NY & TX) with 25+ years of deep experience in tax, transaction, and business advisory services. This includes performance improvement, structuring, planning, due diligence, buy/sell process management, post-merger/acquisition integration, and change management. He has expertise in the Insurance, Energy, Real Estate Development, Alcoholic Beverage, Technology, Distribution, and Manufacturing industries.

Kevin has served as a lead partner in multiple top CPA firms across the nation and has led Investment Advisory teams spanning a myriad of industries. He has also led turnaround initiatives resulting in increased profitability, efficiency, and successful exits. He has been on the buy-side, sell-side, and advisory-side of over $2 billion of transactions. Kevin is also a licensed Commercial Lines insurance agent in FL, and has passed the Series 65 exam.
